A new 43,856 S.F. Physical Education building at Lake Havasu High School, the building consists of a three-court gymnasium, lobby, concession stand, restrooms, locker rooms, aerobics room, two classrooms, wrestling room, and weight room. Functionality and economics were the main driving forces behind the project. The building and infrastructure were constructed in a previously un-buildable area of the campus. Metal roofing and fascia panels create a water-tight system which will last for the life of the building. Use of screen walls, planters, hardscape, landscaping, and the tennis courts themselves create an attractive, cohesive facility.
