This project consists of a 29,354 7-suite, multi-tenant flex industrial building on 2.022 acres of land. The scope of work includes the design of a new warehouse/office building with new site work and landscaping. The site was originally designed as a light industrial park for small businesses. Fuller Commerce Center II seeks to cater to local businesses as they continue to grow and flourish.
