This project involved the design of a new 9,702-square-foot corporate headquarters building. Phoenix San Man Inc. is a privately owned sand and gravel mining company operating in the Phoenix metro area. Associated Architects was honored to provide our architectural services to design their company headquarters in Gilbert. Opting for a clean Santa Barbara architecture, the building boasts smooth white stucco, red clay roof tile, and a grandiose turret entry.
