This project involves the remodeling of three existing spaces to become a double-volume office space, with 2 ADA-compliant restrooms, office areas, restaurant seating with a bar area, and a commercial kitchen with a merchandise store. This remodel seeks to modernize and update the look of the existing building to enhance the surrounding buildings in the area. A new composite material canopy will be added to the West façade to encourage outdoor activity while providing ample shade.
