This project consists of an interior and exterior remodel of two conjoined buildings, both of which are intended to become a multi-tenant development for various restaurants and retail spaces with a shared courtyard, and a streetside bar. The project name of ‘The Termina’ draws upon the railroad and its long history in Casa Grande. The exterior will be updated to complement the namesake of the Station, utilizing the existing brick, new metal canopies, and new metal accents to celebrate train stations of the industrial revolution, yet with modern elements to enhance the existing structure. Large glass windows and overhead doors allow natural light into the building while acting as a threshold between commercial and recreational spaces.
