The project involved designing and building 2 new separate buildings: a new 4,100 square foot Chevron Gas Station/Car Wash/Convenience Store. 2,900 square foot convenience store and 1,200 square foot car wash. The second building involved designing a 12,944 square foot strip mall (shells) near the gas station.
