This project includes the design of a new 5,534-square-foot building for two separate businesses: a glass manufacturing company and a fitness training center. The building addresses the needs of both companies. The manufacturing space consists of a warehouse space for glass panel storage and manufacturing, offices, ADA-compliant restrooms, and additional storage space.  The sports training center will (by appointment only) include an open-training area, open office space, and ADA-compliant restrooms.
